This is for you if you would like a fully bespoke plan, tailored to your goals. Weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, coach feedback and accountability. Fully tailored whether you want to work out in the gym, at home or even both.

 ONLINE PROGRAMMING

This is for you if you want structured workouts in either a home or gym environment. Bi-weekly check-ins all delivered via Jay's training app. Please note this is not a bespoke package.

FACE TO FACE PT

This is for you if you want in person motivation, support and a tailored program bespoke to your goals. Ideal for those who don't feel comfortable in gym and happy to meet at the gym for each session.
