Jay currently provides 1-to-1 Personal Training out of two locations.

After your consultation, each client will be guided through their choice of programme completely specialised to their needs.


Jay offers blocks of five or ten sessions for those that have a goal in mind or pay-as-you-go sessions for those that wish for a bit of finesse work.
