Jay currently provides 1-to-1 Personal Training out of two locations.

- West London Fitness (Ealing)

- Home Studio Gym (Aston Clinton)

After your consultation, each client will be guided through their choice of programme completely specialised to their needs.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Jay offers monthly training blocks with a minimum sign up of three months. This is to help give you the best opportunity to reach your goals and create conisistency with your lifestyle changes.

All prices are available upon request.

  • 1 x 60 Minute Private Session Per Week

  • 2 X 60 Minute Private Sessions Per Week (MOST POPULAR)

  • 3 x 60 Minute Private Sessions Per Week
