> 20 Single Leg V-Ups

> 15 Burpees

> 20 KB/DB Deadlift (Heavy)

> REST


> Predominantly bodyweight based the focus is on moving efficiently as opposed to moving quickly to hit the numbers.

> Scaling: Reduce numbers or load

> Coaching Tips: Move at a steady pace. This shouldn't be too gassy but it should achieve a good sweat on.
