> Max DB Push Jerk (20/14kg)

> Max Jump Lunges (45 Sec Cap)

- This is a challenging circuit, building strength and co-ordination whilst out of breath.


- Scaling: Reduce load on DB Push Jerk. Jump Lunges can be scaled to weighted or bodyweight reverse lunges.

- Coaching Tips: Focus on moving well with the DB Push Jerk as opposed to trying to move too much load inefficiently.
