- This a trio circuit combining; gymnastics, cardio and strength. A full-house so to speak.
- Scaling: Reduce load on goblet squats, everything else should be kept as is.
- Coaching Tips: Don't go too hard on your burpees otherwise the goblet squat may be difficult when out of breath.
