Team of 3 - AMRAP (30 Mins)

> 150 Synchro Air Squats

> 75 Burpees

> 50 Push-Ups

> 60 DB Snatch (20kg/14kg)

- This is a simple yet effective team full-body workout addressing both strength and speed.

- Scaling: Reduce load on DB Snatch. All other movements must be performed as programmed.

- Coaching Tips: Communication is key to start this off. Don't leave this to the strongest person in your team, they won't necessarily thank you for it.
